In Australia, the month of May is designated as Brain Cancer Awareness Month. It is important to dedicate time to raise awareness about brain cancer and support research efforts to improve treatment and outcomes for those affected.
RunDIPG, in partnership with ClaudeOutdoor and The Kids Cancer Project, ran the Memories in May digital billboard campaign across Australia. The campaign showed a number of Australian children who suffered from DIPG/DMG. With emphasis on 17 May 2025 was DIPG/DMG Awareness Day. Their Moonlight Gala in Adelaide raised over $175,000 to drive critical research and honour every child impacted by DIPG/DMG.
