Mindful Wednesdays

Maddy & Co is excited to have Leonie Lam commence mindfulness meditation on Wednesdays evenings at our Haberfield workshop!

Research studies have provided evidence that there are so many benefits of practising mindfulness and meditation. 

It can help you reduce your stress levels, increase your happiness levels, develop stronger relationships with people and have the patience and skills to change gears when things go wrong in your life or at work.

Mindful Wednesdays, which are on every second Wednesday, is an opportunity for you to connect with a group of people who are committed to practising mindfulness together. 

The session may include a variety of the below activities:

  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness Practices e.g. Eating Meditation
  • Gratitude practice
  • Journaling
  • Reflections
  • Open Heart Discussions
